1.1 Acceptance of Agreement

Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

Accounts may not be created or used from countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law. Users are fully responsible for complying with the legal requirements of their place of residence.

2.3 One Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. kuo9 reserves the right to close all accounts and forfeit all balances if a single person is found to hold multiple accounts.

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account on kuo9, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account suspension or closure.

3.2 Account Security

You are fully responsible for ensuring the security of your account. The following must be observed:

• Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly.
• Never share your login details with any third party.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify kuo9's support team immediately.
• If you log in from a public or shared device, log out at the end of your session.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

kuo9 may request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document for identity verification at any time. kuo9 reserves the right to suspend the processing of deposits, withdrawals, or bonuses until verification is complete. If the documents provided are not satisfactory, the account may be closed.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kuo9 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). Transactions using third-party accounts or mobile numbers registered in someone else's name are prohibited.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Before processing a withdrawal request, kuo9 will confirm the following:

• The wagering requirements for any applicable bonus have been met.
• The withdrawal account matches the deposit account.
• There is no ongoing investigation or security review.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on kuo9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). kuo9 is not responsible for any loss arising from exchange rate differences.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on kuo9 will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Bonus examples: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; depositing ৳18,000 gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are for use in your own account only — they are not transferable.
• The same bonus cannot be received more than once per account.
• The bonus will be activated when a deposit is made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer.
• Making a withdrawal from the account after receiving a bonus may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• kuo9 reserves the right to modify bonus terms or withdraw any bonus at any time.
• If there is any attempt to abuse promotions, engage in syndicate betting, or exploit bonuses through any system, the account will be closed.

6.1 Fair Play

All games on the kuo9 platform are conducted in an environment secured by SSL encryption. Strict controls are maintained to ensure fair play. Any attempt to use software, bots, automation tools, or any other means to gain an artificial advantage will result in immediate account closure.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a server error, disconnection, or other technical issue, kuo9 will resolve the matter based on round-level records. If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the amount wagered on that bet will be refunded. kuo9 is not liable for incidental losses caused by technical issues.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Before participating in sports betting, please read the specific rules for the relevant section. kuo9's decision shall be final in all disputes relating to match results.

7.1 General Prohibitions

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to artificially fulfill wagering requirements.
• Attempting to access the platform through hacking, malware, or any form of cyberattack.
• Colluding or syndicating with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to commit fraud through chargebacks or payment disputes.

10.2 User Rights

Users may request to close their own account at any time. Any pending bonus that has not met its wagering requirements before account closure will be cancelled. A legitimate deposit balance remains withdrawable after account closure through a specified process.

11.1 Service Availability
